A focused, behaviour based introduction to help you navigate the early teenage phase.
Ideal if:
You need some guidance and a clear plan to get back on track.
60 minute assessment in your home or via zoom.
2 X 1-hour coaching sessions.
Ongoing support for two weeks post-final sessions..

You're dealing with several challenges and want more support putting strategies into practice
